Cedar Grill (Family Restaurant)

This place has good home cooking and is a nice place to go on a weekend night just to unwind. It is quiet enough that you can talk with those that you go here with and is home enough that you wouldn't mind coming back again & again. Check out their website to see all that they have. They serve all 3 meals seven days a week. Next time I go I might try a Home-Style Dinners combo, you can see this on their menu.

This takes me back to when I lived in the UK. Not the food so much but the neighborhood feel to it all. I hope that this place is a part of Maple Valley for a long time to come.

Armondo's Cafe Italiano

I have loved this place every time I have been there over the last 20 years. I have never had a bad meal and had wished I could afford to eat here every night. The only thing that I had noticed from being here so many times is that there is a lady would walks around with a stern look on her face. Well after seeing her three or four visits in a row I decided to ask, come to find out it is the manager. She had always seem to be doing a good job and the food was so very good and the staff helpful and looking like they enjoyed serving, just her stern look as if she was not having a hard time trying to fix something. I won't let it keep me from coming back and if you go, see if you can't pick her out. I can't say enough great things about this place and there new location where they are now is simply wonderful right down to the light fixtures.

Bistro at Las Candelas

Well what can one man say about this place. Let's just leave it at; this is not going to be a place for a "Guy's night out". Unless you are a wedding crasher... Ha! Never guess what movie I just saw. It might not be that bad but just not my kind of place. Be ready for something a little different, which can be a real good thing if in the mood. Prices seemed to be al'ight.
