Pei Wei Asian Diner (Fountain Hills)

Pei Wei is said as "Pay Way", not as "Pea Wee". This break off of P. F. Chang's China Bistro is a less costly way of getting their great food. Kind of a cross between P. F. Chang's China Bistro & Panda Express. With all of the up side of both and none of the down side of each. I feel the food here is much healthier than at Panda Express but then again I'm not the one to be handing out the health advice, at least not to anybody the doesn't know better. Only one regret. The closest one to my home in Seattle, WA is in Salt Lake City, UT. A bit far for a walk-up ordered meal. I hope that next time I'm in Phoenix which I go a few times a year I'll make it back here, unless there is some other new place to check out.

Pho 38th

I love the flavor at this place, great soup, egg rolls and spring rolls. The staff not so helpful. You won't always get the soup that you order because it is all the same price, or maybe they think you won't notice. I don't really mind though, the price is good and everything is so good. I love it here and don't come back as often as I would like. I'm not even a fan of fried rice, but here I love it.
