FITNESS

 

 

Growing up I was thin, or at least that's what I think now. Youth was on my side and it was years before I started having a real problem. Around 30 or so I started gaining weight but still didn't think much of it. After all I was 6' 4" so I wore it well, so I thought.

At almost 40 years old & 400 pounds I see a real problem. December 2006 I think I have to do something about it, other than just talking about it.

Below is a link to pictures from Christmas 2006 until the start of May 2007.

It wasn't until after Valentines's day before I really start to do anything about it; other than getting my head wrapped around what I must do. Please remember I did this all without working out. I wish I had worked out & ate a little more. It could of been done in a so much more healthy way.

 

 

 


(About 4.5 Months)

 

Since I wasn't working out during this time I'll let you more on over to my health page to learn what products I stand by today to get here again. This time it can happen much faster because I'll be working out too.
